DAY IN TAHAA

I woke up at 06:15am. Shower, clothing and breakfast.

At 09:00am, departure for a day trip to the island just close to Raiatea, called Tahaa.

The program was: tour around the island by boat, visit of a vanilla plantation, snorkeling in a beautiful coral garden, visit of a pearls farm and picnic on a motu (raw fish marinated in coconut milk, grilled chicken, grilled mahi-mahi, rice, raw vegetables salad, bananas and pumpkin poe). Claudine and Yves were there also, as well as another guest of another Pension.

Then, I came back to the Pension at 5:30pm. The day was very nice. I took a rest until dinner time. I only ate a half paquet of coconut cookies because I wasn’t very hungry, especially because of the very substantial lunch.

Then, I went to bed at 8:00pm.
